Conditions for Returns

  1. 1. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that
    • We accept returns on grocery items within 2 day of purchase.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. 2. The following Goods cannot be returned:
    • Perishable items, such as fresh produce, dairy, and frozen goods, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
    • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please go to my order page.
  • You can only return your order after successful delivery.

Refund

  • Refunds will be processed for eligible returns in their respective wallet.
  • For perishable items that are defective or damaged, a full refund or replacement will be provided.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for grocery items. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Fruits & Vegetables should be return same day.
  • Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photos of the damaged or defective item.

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
